EIBD is a Capital Raise and Corporate Finance company with extensive investment banking experience and developed corporate finance skills, assisting startups raise capital investments.
EIBD is specialized in fundraising capital for hi-tech startups and more mature companies in all sectors and sub sectors of the tech eco system.
We assist fundraising capital in all investment rounds, from early stages of pre-seed to post seed rounds, in range of $1M to $5M, that allows startups to advance R&D, PoC, and get market traction.
We are also specialized in fundraising for later stages from A rounds to B, C and D funding, starting from $5M+, dealing also with the full range of regulated institutional finance, occasionally cooperating with our International associated regulated investment banking partners.
EIBD is well established in IL, EU, US, Gulf, and Asia for raising equity investments including large scale equity and debt, having market access to investment banks that we collaborate with on larger raises.

We manage sophisticated raises in conjunction with angles and angels’ groups, clubs and platforms, single and multi family offices, family groups of high capital people, HNWI (hi-net worth individual investors), venture capital funds (VCs), corporate VCs (CVCs), innovation funds, investment funds, hedge funds, private funds, equity funds, investment banks, investment companies and investment platforms. We also collaborate with EIS (Entrepreneurs Investment Schemes) with more than 50 investment funds and hundreds of investors.

Your investment banker
Our multi-sector expertise includes advisory and support services to assist our clients build their investable propositions and develop investor-grade documentation and marketing materials.
As part our client process, we will:
- Review the business, objectives, and operations of the client, including historical and projected financial performance;
- Assist the client in creating necessary offering materials describing the client, which will include a one-pager, investors deck, tech deck, pitch deck, executive summary, and financial model;
- Identify appropriate investment counter parties and organize and manage a road show (face-to-face or digital) to a range of appropriate and pre-qualified investors, and assist our client in preparing for its presentations and its negotiations;
- Provide other advisory services customary in similar transactions that we and the client shall mutually agree upon;
- We also provide strategic, structuring and financial advisory for companies that are undergoing rapid expansion and development. In addition, we are sometimes able to provide business development support for clients and identifying local market deployment partners;
